Visionary Diversity Executive with lengthy record of success in promoting diversity and inclusion within the corporate, non-profit, and academic sectors. Designed and implemented award-winning diversity strategies and programs, and advised top executives regarding policy recommendations which eliminated discrimination barriers, reduced turnover, and enhanced morale, engagement, productivity and business results. Led organizations to implement enterprise-wide strategies to impact Talent Management Process, impacting the hiring, development and upward mobility of women and underrepresented groups.

Combining a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology with over 14 years of practical diversity experience, I offer a perspective on diversity and business that has been uniquely productive for large companies with complex structures and nationwide operations.

I have a track record of success in diversity/inclusion consultation including strategy development, diversity program implementation, mentoring efforts, council management, management training and scorecard development. This comprehensive background has enabled me to be especially successful in dealing with large, complex organizations with substantial diversity and inclusion challenges. I am committed to driving diversity management excellence. In the course of my career, I:

--Advanced the Sodexho Diversity and Inclusion Strategy by establishing its direction and developing and managing all aspects of the strategy for 118,000 employees

--Implemented the Diversity Learning Strategy that trained over 12,000 managers in EEO, Spirit of Diversity and/or Diversity Learning Lab training

--Created and managed the Diversity Scorecard, connected to incentive compensation

--Saved $200,000 per year by implementing an internal Train the Trainer program

--Saved an estimated $1.3 Million per year by implementing formal Mentoring Program

--Designed and implemented ROI studies to assess the effectiveness of diversity initiatives

--Established the Inclusion Advisory Council for the Nextel CEO and the senior executive team

--Conceived and implemented the Nextel Leadership Institute with formal leadership development and mentoring programs that incorporated diversity into succession management

--Earned recognition by the President of the United States and the United Nations International Labor Organization for diversity and organizational transformation initiatives

--Earned over 25 company awards in 2005-2007 from national diversity-related publications and organizations.
